New Leaf Farm , Bath

New Leaf Farm lies to the east of Bath near the River Avon. A range of previously redundant agricultural buildings have been converted to provide five units of holiday letting accommodation for the farm business. The scheme sits alongside the operating farmyard. The conversions seek to preserve the attractive rural characteristics of the buildings as much as possible whilst featuring important sustainable energy systems including rainwater harvesting and heat generated from an Air Source Heat Pump.
